Agreement to Terms

By using EasyH (easyh.space), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

EasyH is a free web-based tool that generates stylized map portrait images by compositing a user-supplied photo with a rendered map of a chosen city. The service is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty.

Free to Use

EasyH is completely free. There are no paid tiers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. We reserve the right to introduce optional features in the future, but core portrait generation will remain free.

User-Uploaded Content

You may upload photos to use in portrait generation. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use the photo
• The photo does not depict minors in an inappropriate manner
• The photo does not violate any third-party rights

Important: Your photos are processed entirely in your browser and are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. We have no access to your photos.

Generated portrait images are yours to use as you wish for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, please contact us.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use EasyH to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
• Use the service for automated bulk portrait generation
• Create content that violates any applicable law

Map Data

Map tiles and geocoding data are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenFreeMap. Use of these services is subject to the OpenStreetMap Licence. Generated portraits incorporating map imagery should include attribution where required.

Intellectual Property

The EasyH name, logo, and interface design are owned by EasyH. The underlying map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL licence. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. You retain rights to any photos you upload.

Limitation of Liability

EasyH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.

The service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, server issues, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uptime.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EasyH from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith wherever possible.
